Giclee - French term meaning "a spray". To create a giclee, a digital printer sprays ink onto paper or canvas via instructions from a computer which provides the most faithful rendering of the original: capturing the depth, color and intensity of the work

Signed and Numbered (S/N) - Limited Edition where each print is pencil signed and numbered by the artist. The number of the print and edition size is indicated by two numbers, one over the other. The bottom number is the total number in the edition and the top number is where a particular print falls in that edition (i.e. 10/300).

Artist Proof (A/P) - Percentage of an edition, usually ten (10) percent, taken immediately after the artist has approved and signed off on the edition and the print run has begun. The numbering system is the same as for the Signed and Numbered prints.

Open Edition - Print where an unlimited number of reproductions can be produced.
